云时代的焦虑Fuck cloud of Microsoft

毫无征兆的,我的微软账号被封了。接下来,我经历了人生最糟糕的几天。

说起来,我算是比较相信科技力量的一个人,对于“科技让生活更美好”这句话我一直深信不疑。可是直到这次微软莫名其妙封杀我的账号我才发现依赖科技的生活是如此的糟糕。

一开始,我没想到账号被封会有这么严重的后果,我想跟客服联系联系,应该就能找回来了。

于是跟微软中国的在线客服联系,无人应答,此时是下午的5点钟左右。

于是转战微软香港,依旧无人应答。网上搜索,发现微软咨询电话是到晚上9点的,于是我打电话咨询,结果电话用自动留言告诉我,账号问题只能网上解决。What fuck!

不死心的我,又转战台湾的在线客服,终于有人应答。可是他却告诉我,他帮不了我,扔给我之前打的那个电话号码。

然后我用搜索,找到了一个申诉的链接,然后填写了申诉。

第二天上午11点,我收到了这封迟到的解释信。可是信里面写的确是“很抱歉,我们发现你违反了我们的使用协议,不能退还你的账号,建议你重新申请。”尼玛,我心里无数句“fuck”飞过。

这时,账号停用已经快要1天了。我的电脑用的win8系统,不停的弹出窗口要我验证账号。然后我的lumia所有的app都无法更新和使用。

接下来,我要获取我的onedrive office文档,无法登陆。然后也无法查看邮件。这时我才发现问题的严重性。我的生活的一切都是靠live账号串联的!

xbox one无法登陆,购买的游戏也都不见了;购买的office365也无法继续分发授权;WP、win8、surface彻底瘫痪;onenote笔记也导不出来;甚至我的手机通讯录都在outlook里;然后在WP dev里的账号也依旧是无法使用。生活彻底瘫痪,而微软没有任何的解释。

而微软却回答我“不好意思,我就是要收走你账号,爱咋咋地。”尼玛,一万句CNM。

继续申诉,换了好几个账号,依旧同样答案。不死心的我,去微博“微软帮助与支持”求助,他告诉我给XX写email。

然后我继续等,可是等了一天后,回复我说,他不负责这一块。我已经要崩溃了,这简直太荒谬了,投诉都没有地方投诉。

好在,她又给我了一个地址,让我提交申诉,于是我又提交。现在依旧在等微软的回答。

于此同时,受够微软中国的服务的我,去微软美国写了求助申请。今天收到了回复,她还是告诉我说“我们发现你违反了协议,要停止账号。”然后又给了一个可以找回账号的链接。

于是继续申请。

今天已经是失去账号的第三天,我真不知道还需要等待多久。没有理由的封号,如果我们的未来交给云,那么也许有一天我们真的会被机器以及互联网大佬们玩弄。

Without warning, I lose my Microsoft Account. And then I experienced very worst days in my life.

I always believe that technology can make our life better. But now I changed my view, if there is no roles about technology, life could be much worse.

At first, when I receive “Your account has been temporarily blocked” this message, I don’t think it could have serious consequences. Because I think I can get my account back when I talk to the MS’s customer service.

So I try to contact MS online customer service (mainland China), but there is no answer.

Then I call to MS, but it automatic answer to me that they can’t help me with that. It says I should find online service.

I feel a little crazy right now. So I try to contact online service in Hong Kong, still nobody response. When I try to contact MS online service in TAIWAN, oh thank god, it has response. But he still told to me that he can’t help me, because he don’t have the authority. Then I go back to the start.

I search through google, with the help of the internet, I find a page, and submit a letter for help.

After one day, I receive response of Microsoft, it says” your account has been blocked due to a code of conduct violation.” And he suggest me to register a new account. That all. What fuck! No explain what happened, and I lose my account. Then I try many many times to contact with MS customer serves in China but nobody can help me. Always says no reason, just want me to register a new account.

Then I realize how serious it is. Because of I can’t login with my account.

I can’t receive any emails from my friend.

I can’t login with my Xbox one, and I don’t know what I can do with my digital games buyed on it.

I am the user of office 365. All documents I stored in my OneDrive, but now I can’t get it. All work is stopped.

And my Lumia can’t update any apps. My surface still don’t work.

I can’t access with my OneNote.

Even the windows phone Dev account can’t login too.

All my contacts is stored in outlook, but now I can’t get back. All things in my life like picture, music, friends is gone.

My life with cloud is broken now.

This is Microsoft he never care about his customer.

I feel hopeless with Microsoft China. So I contact with MS US, and he tell me that my account is blocked, and he give me a link to re-activation of my account. I don’t know if it is ok. Maybe it can solve my problem.

3 day’s passed. I’m still waiting emails from Microsoft.
